Farmer'S Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon, cooked
    1 1/2 shredded potatoes
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Fry bacon; let cool.
    Use bacon grease to fry potatoes.
    Add crumbs.
    Add eggs.
    Keep stirring.
    Put into casserole dish. Crumble bacon over top.
    Crumble cheese over top.
    Put in oven to melt cheese.
    Can refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in slow oven.
