Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. breadcrumbs
    2 eggs
    1 c. light cream
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. beef
    1/2 lb. veal
    1/4 lb. pork
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine breadcrumbs and beaten eggs; stir cream into eggs. Cook onion in butter in large skillet and add to egg mix.
    Add in beef, veal, pork, allspice, salt and pepper; mix.
    Next, shape into 1-inch balls.
    Melt butter in skillet and brown meatballs slightly. Add boiling water and cover skillet.
    Bring to boil and lower heat. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Remove meatballs.
    Blend flour with fat from pan.
    Thicken sauce 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour over meatballs.
