Steak Bites Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) beef top round steak, cut 1-inch thick
    seasoned meat tenderizer
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    parsley sprigs (for garnish)
Preparation
    Prepare steak with meat tenderizer as label directs.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, mix wine and garlic.
    Add steak; cover. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn once.
    Preheat broiler.
    Place steak on rack in broiling pan.
    Reserve marinade.
    About 5 inches from source of heat, broil steak 10 minutes.
    Turn; broil 8 minutes more.
