Microwave Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    16 oz. can diced tomatoes
    16 oz. can chili hot beans
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef in 2-quart casserole.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook uncovered on High for 4 minutes or until browned. Drain meat and break up with a fork.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook for 8 minutes or until heated hot.
    Stir once during cooking.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
