Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. apples, run through food chopper
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine sugar, oil and eggs.
Stir to blend.
Sift flour, soda and cinnamon.
Add to sugar, oil and egg mixture.
Blend.
Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Blend.
Pour into prepared Bundt pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
