Jeff'S Hot Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    10 oz. hot sauce
    1/2 gallon vegetable oil
    4 lb. chicken wings
Preparation
    Heat oil in large pot.
    Melt margarine and add hot sauce in separate pot.
    Season chicken wings.
    Place wings a few at a time in hot oil.
    Cook until they come to the top of the oil and add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time after they reach top of oil.
    Drain on paper towels and place in sauce mixture for a few minutes, turning to coat.
    Take out put in dish to put in oven on 250\u00b0 to stay warm until all wings are done.
    Any extra sauce can be used as dipping sauce for French fries.
