Chili Con Carne(Texas Style - Hot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or chili meat
    2 large onions
    1 large green pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    4 to 5 c. water
    1 tsp. cominos
    1 bay leaf
    1 jar chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Sprinkle enough flour into pan to coat meat. Stir until meat is rebrowned and pan is slightly coated with rebrowned meat.
    Add approximately 4 to 5 cups water.
    Saute onions and green pepper in separate pan.
    Add to meat.
    Add garlic, cominos, bay leaf and chili powder.
    Simmer 1 hour or longer.
