Microwave Chocolate Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in a medium-size glass bowl.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Microwave on High (full power) for 5 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking time. Microwave on High (full power) until mixture is cooked and thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes more.
    Depends on wattage of the microwave.
    Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Pour into individual serving dishes.
    Press plastic wrap directly onto surface of pudding.
    Chill.
    Serves 4.
