Zesty Carrot Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 Tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender; place in 1 quart casserole.
Combine onions, mayonnaise, water, horseradish and pepper and pour over carrots.
Combine bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 2 to 3 more minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
