Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. commercial Italian salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    curly lettuce leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water to cover 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool completely. Peel and cube potatoes. Combine potatoes, eggs and celery in a large bowl. Toss gently.
