Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and oil for 2 minutes.
    Beat eggs in thoroughly. Add flour and beat until blended.
    Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased and floured pans.
    May want to line entire pan with waxed paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
