Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. scallops
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 Tbsp. curry powder
    dash of pepper
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Simmer scallops in boiling, salted water 3 to 4 minutes; drain.
    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of butter until tender.
    Add soup, milk, curry powder, pepper and 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Add scallops to green beans and peas and put in casserole.
    Pour soup mixture over.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
