Oven Fried Catfish Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. catfish fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Dip fish in margarine; roll in crumb mixture.
    Place fish 1/2 inch apart on foil lined baking sheets.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
    Turn nuggets; bake 5 minutes more.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 7 appetizers.
