Marie'S Fruit Juice Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar (depending on sweetness of juice)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Stir in pineapple and orange juice and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add lemon juice. Serve hot or cold. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Serve over Pineapple Upside-Down Cake.
