Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. unsweetened fruit
margarine (put over fruit)
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
Preparation

Place fruit in oblong 9 x 13-inch pan.
Dot with margarine. Make a mixture in order of 1/4 cup melted margarine milk, sugar, flour and baking powder.
Spread mixture over fruit.
Mix cornstarch and sugar; sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over entire pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until browned.
