Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas
    1 can white hominy
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 jar salsa (hot)
    1 can black beans (optional)
    1 can sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Mix all together, then pour 1 bottle Italian dressing over. Marinate overnight.
    Drain before serving.
