Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. fresh or frozen, peeled, sliced peaches (about 6 medium)
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
    1/3 c. liquid Butter Buds
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 Egg Beaters, beaten
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In a 3-quart saucepan, combine peaches, brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and cinnamon.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir 1 minute.
    Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
