Gourmet Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small white onions (Vidalia preferably)
    1/2 c. finely diced celery
    18 to 24 oz. clams, drained and diced
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 large Irish potatoes, finely diced
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt (optional)
    Tabasco sauce to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook in large frypan until the onions and celery are slightly translucent and potatoes are not brown.
    Mix roux in separate pot.
