Roast Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pork tenderloin (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Pam spray
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. salt
2 fresh garlic cloves
Preparation

Rinse meat, pat dry and rub with garlic cloves.
Mix in bowl the sage, marjoram and salt.
Sprinkle mixture onto all sides of meat.
Place fat side up on top of racks sprayed with Pam in a shallow baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
Slice into thin pieces.
Serves 4.
