Rhubarb Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil or shortening
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. rhubarb
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick mix, 1/2 cup sugar, shortening and milk; spread in 8-inch baking dish.
    Put chopped fruit over dough and sprinkle sugar on top.
    Pour hot water over all. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm.
