Shrimp With Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 spears fresh asparagus
1/2 c. water (approximately)
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. pesto seasoning
1 small onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 doz. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation

In large pan, saute asparagus in olive oil and butter until tender. Add pesto, onion and garlic. Saute until tender. Add shrimp and saute until cooked. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with red pepper and/or lemon. Serves 2.
