Spatzle(German Egg Noodles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 egg whites
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Beat until it comes easily away from sides of the bowl.
    Push through spatzle maker or colander with the back of a wooden spoon into a big pot of boiling water.
    Cook gently for 3 to 5 minutes and then drain.
    Spatzle may also be browned lightly in butter before serving.
