Sweet Roll Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
1/2 c. soft shortening
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt shortening in the warm water.
Dissolve yeast in same water in large mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Add sugar, salt, eggs, milk and baking powder.
Slowly add 1 cup flour while scraping sides. Add flour until stiff enough to knead.
Add flour to soft dough, about 5 minutes.
Let rise.
Mix down once.
Shape into rolls, coffee cake, tea ring, cinnamon rolls or pecan rolls.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
