Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices white bread, remove crusts
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    softened margarine
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done; crumble and drain.
    Spread each slice of bread with butter.
    Cut into cubes and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with sausage, then top with cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and beat well.
    Pour over the top of sausage.
    Chill for 8 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
