Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh squash
    1 grated carrot
    1 grated onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pint sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 of stuffing mix. Put extra mix on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes. May top with grated cheese.
