Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. chicken
    1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chicken stock
    1 c. diced chicken
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 lb. cashew nuts
Preparation
    Cook chicken until tender.
    Cut into pieces.
    Set aside 1/2 cup noodles for top.
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, put combined ingredients.
    Add nuts.
    Sprinkle the 1/2 cup noodles on top. Heat in oven 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
