Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oats
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. raw rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together and press down half in bottom of pan.
    Mix the sugar and cornstarch. Add the water and vanilla. Cook mixture until thick and clear.
    Pour over the rhubarb that has been put on pressed down mixture in pan. Add remaining crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
