Hommous-Humas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans chickpeas
    1/2 c. tahini
    juice from 1 lemon
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    chopped parsley
    pita bread
Preparation
    Drain the juice from 1 can of chickpeas.
    Place the drained beans in a blender.
    Add the second can of chickpeas, water and all.
    Add the tahini, lemon juice and garlic; blend until smooth. Pour onto a large plate and drizzle olive oil over top.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Serve with sliced vegetables for dip, along with pita bread cut into wedges.
