Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large, firm, ripe avocado
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
    1 large, firm, ripe tomato, peeled and seeded, chopped and drained
    1 Tbsp. bacon flavored bites
    crisp corn chips
Preparation
    Cut avocado in half; peel, pit and mash well in a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, salt, red pepper seasoning and tomato.
    Cover tightly; chill about an hour.
    When ready to serve, spoon into a small bowl; sprinkle bacon bites on top.
    Place bowl on a large serving plate; surround with corn chips.
