Voyaging Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. warm mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
Preparation

Beat warm potatoes and cream cheese until smooth.
Fold in eggs, flour, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased casserole dish and dot with butter or margarine.
Top with onion rings.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
