Fried Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, toss crabmeat with all ingredients, except oil and lemon, mixing thoroughly.
Shape into 6 or 7 cakes.
