Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. orange juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook and mash sweet potatoes.
    Mix in eggs until blended.
    Add 1/4 cup brown sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix until blended.
    Add orange juice and blend until fluffy.
    Put mixture in oiled baking dish.
    Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans on top.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar over pecans.
    Pour 1/2 cup melted butter over brown sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
