Hamburger Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes
    1 to 2 tsp. salt (or less based on seasoned meat)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/4 c. elbow macaroni
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Brown meat (seasoned), onion and garlic on low heat, then add other ingredients except macaroni,
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add cooked macaroni (1/4 cup uncooked).
    Simmer an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
