German Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. polska kielbasa, cut in 3-inch lengths
    1 tsp. butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. apple juice
    2 apples, cut in wedges
    8 red potatoes, halved
Preparation
    Brown kielbasa in butter in heavy large skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover tightly and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes test done with a fork.
