Grilled Herbed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (leave skins on)
    melted margarine
    garlic powder to taste
    chopped chives, fresh or dried
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Clean potatoes, leave skins on. Cut into quarters lengthwise. Place potatoes on a large doubled piece of foil.
    Size of foil depends on the amount of potatoes you have.
    Drizzle melted margarine over potatoes.
    Sprinkle on garlic powder to taste, add chopped chives (fresh or dried), sprinkle Italian seasoning over. Seal foil.
    Place over hot grill for about 45 minutes.
    Or until done (again depends on amount of potatoes).
