Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (8 oz.) mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. lemon juice (2 oz.)
1/2 c. minced onion (2 oz.)
1 qt. chopped celery (1 lb.)
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 (30 oz. size) cans Swanson boned chicken, well drained
2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and celery.
Mix with eggs and chicken.
Season to taste. Serve chilled in lettuce cups. Use about 2/3 cup salad for each serving.
Makes 25 (4 ounce) servings.
