Baked Soybeans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. dry soybeans, soaked and cooked
water soybeans were cooked in
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. honey
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. kelp powder
1 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute green pepper and onion in oil until tender.
Combine soybeans, cooking water, sauteed vegetables, catsup, salt, kelp powder, honey and molasses in casserole.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serves 8 to 10.
