Banana-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. bananas, chopped (not mashed)
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil; stir until moistened.
Do not beat!
Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and chopped bananas.
