Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter (room temperature)
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Wash and drain berries.
    Toss berries with 1/3 cup flour and set aside.
    Sift 2 cups flour with the sugar, cream of tartar, soda and salt into a bowl.
    Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until the mixture looks like coarse meal.
