Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) deep pie shell
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour mixture into pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Pie is done whenever knife inserted 1 inch from pie's edge comes out clean.
