Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing
    3/4 c. mayo or Miracle Whip
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. fresh carrots
    1/2 c. scallions (optional)
    1/2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. cauliflower
    shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Spray a cookie sheet with baking spray.
    Press crescent rolls together to form a \"crust\".
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes; let cool.
