Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
Preparation

Grease 2 loaf pans.
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
Add dry ingredients and blend well.
Stir in nuts, etc.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
