Deep South Sausage And Pintos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. link sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can pinto beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Fry sausage until brown on all sides.
    Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of the fat.
    Add onion and green pepper; saute until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir to blend.
    Simmer 10 minutes and serve hot with cornbread.
    Serves 6.
