Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 3 1/2-inch strips
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. French's spaghetti sauce mix
9 lasagna noodles
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Brown beef and onions.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix, oregano and bay leaf.
Stir well.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook noodles as label directs.
Drain and rinse.
