Easy Brunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 small onion, diced fine
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. seasoned croutons
4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation

Mix the first 6 ingredients and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch round cake pan.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0 (the consistency will be similar to bread pudding when it's done).
Meanwhile fry bacon, drain, crumble and sprinkle on top of mixture for the last 10 minutes that it is in the oven.
