No Knead Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1/4 c. molasses
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes, pushing down batter as it climbs beaters.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Cover and let rise in warm, draft free place for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from pan immediately.
