Congo Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. melted butter or Crisco
1 lb. pkg. brown sugar
3 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat eggs, butter and brown sugar; mix well.
Add vanilla and all dry ingredients.
Then mix well.
Add chocolate chips.
Grease pan, then put dough into pan and cook on high for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
