Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs
    2 bananas, mashed to = 1 c.
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Beat sugar and shortening together until fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add banana and vanilla to first mixture, then alternate the sour milk with the flour.
    Beat well and put into two 8-inch floured and greased pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Ice with Caramel Icing.
