Macaroni And Cheese For 25 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. elbow macaroni
    2 qt. milk
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 lb. grated natural sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 lb. ham or frankfurters (optional)
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in large pot of salted water until tender. Drain.
    Meanwhile in heavy pot, melt butter.
    Add flour and stir for 2 minutes.
    Stir in mustard.
    Slowly add milk.
    Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add optional ham or frankfurters, cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Pour into baking pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
