Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 strips bacon
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut bacon into small pieces and brown.
    Remove from pan.
    Add vinegar, water and sugar to bacon drippings.
    Heat to a boil. Remove from pan from heat and slowly add egg.
    Stir until slightly thickened.
    Serve warm.
    May be used on any salad greens.
